Iron ores are rocks and minerals from which metallic iron can be extracted. There are four main types of iron ore deposit: massive hematite, which is the most commonly mined, magne
tite, titanomagnetite, and pisolitic ironstone. These ores vary in colour from dark grey, bright yellow, or deep purple to rusty red.

Blasting
Iron Ore is a very hard rock. Using explosives, Like taconite is blasted into small pieces. This step mainly for miner making in local.
Transportation
The Iron Ore pieces are scooped up by electric shovels. Each shovel can hold up to 85 tons of rock. These trucks are as big as a house and hold up to hundreds tons directly to the processing plant.
Crushing
At the processing plant, the Iron ore is crushed into very small pieces by rock crushing machines. Grinding ball mill will grinding them into super-fine powder. Our jaw crusher, cone crusher, ball mill, etc are mainly for crushing and grinding.
Separation
The iron ore is separated from stone. The remaining rock is waste material and is dumped into tailings basins. The powder with the iron in it is called concentrate. Magnetic machine, flotation cells, etc, are mainly for separating.
Pellets
The concentrate is rolled with clay inside large rotating cylinders. The cylinders cause the powder to roll into marble-sized balls. (This is like rolling wet, sticky snow into balls to make a snowman). The balls are then dried and heated until they are white hot. The balls become hard as they cool. Ball Press machine, Hydraulic pressing machinery, etc, are more suitable for making pellet.
Steel
